The role involves assisting with space planning, developing creative interior solutions, preparing construction drawings, and selecting furniture, finishes, and equipment (FF&E) for various types of projects. Tasks may also include collaborating with senior team members, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring projects meet timelines and client expectations. Qualifications Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design principles to create functional and visually appealing spaces Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings, with the ability to create and interpret design documentation for execution Understanding of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) selection and application Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar programs is highly desirable Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field Previous internship or relevant work experience is a plus
