We are looking for a motivated Area Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai, with experience in construction chemicals (flooring, repairs and waterproofing). The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our range of construction chemical products to customers. This role requires a strong understanding of construction materials, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: · Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve growth targets. · Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in waterproofing, flooring and repairs. · Provide product demonstrations and technical advice to customers as needed. · Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies. · Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend improvements or adjustments to sales strategies. · Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and budgets as required. · Ensure timely collection of payments and manage accounts receivable effectively. Requirements: · Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the construction chemicals industry, preferably in flooring, waterproofing and repairs · Technical understanding of construction materials and chemicals is highly desirable. · Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence others. · Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets. · Ability to travel within Mumbai and occasionally to any location in West India as required. · Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, or related field preferred with a minimum 1-2 years experience.
