If you’re passionate about home aesthetics, ceramics, and the hospitality industry , and want hands-on experience working with how to grow a B2B brand - this role is for you. Company Description Clay & Culture supplies premium ceramic, glassware, and stoneware collections to cafes, restaurants, and hotels across India. We work at the intersection of craftsmanship and design, helping hospitality brands create beautiful dining experiences. Unlike typical suppliers, we work as consultative partners, helping you create table setups that are guest-focused, Instagram-worthy, and operationally efficient. We offer customization in finishes, colors, and styles to fit unique brand identities. Role Description: Marketing & Sales Intern Type: Remote (4 hours/day, flexible timing) Duration: 6 months Start Date: Immediate Stipend: Performance-based Roles and Responsibilities Manage and schedule posts for Instagram & LinkedIn Create simple Reels, videos, and product edits using Canva or CapCut Assist in maintaining product catalogs and digital asset folders Help with outreach to cafes, restaurants, and design studios Track leads, responses, and admin coordination (samples, couriers, etc.) Brainstorm creative content ideas aligned with the brand’s aesthetic What We’re Looking For Strong sense of design and attention to detail Must be updated with the AI tools mechanism and hands-on experience Basic familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, or similar tools Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud will be given preference Comfortable with spreadsheets, organization, and communication Proactive attitude and willingness to learn multiple aspects of marketing & operations Bonus: Interest or background in hospitality, interior design, or branding Why Join Us Get direct exposure to the world of hospitality sourcing & aesthetics Learn how B2B brands grow from the ground-up Work closely with the founder Flexible work hours + performance-based incentives Certificate & LOR on successful completion Full Time position available after completion based on your performance
