What You'll Do 🚀 Recruit & Onboard with Impact Craft job descriptions, manage hiring, and roll out offer letters. Design onboarding experiences that make new hires feel like part of the team from Day 1. Own the Employee Journey Keep HR docs, contracts, and records tight and organized. Make exits graceful with proper handovers and closure. Build checklists & frameworks so nothing slips through the cracks. Build Culture & Energy Plan fun, meaningful initiatives that bring people together. Be the go-to person for grievances — listen, resolve, and make people feel heard. Drive inclusion so no one feels left out, whether in meetings or at the lunch table. Set Standards, Not Red Tape Draft and enforce simple, clear policies that people actually respect. Align HR practices with how a modern tech company should run. Spot gaps, bring change, and push fresh initiatives without waiting to be asked. What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of HR experience (preferably in IT/tech/startup environments). Someone approachable, energetic, and organized. A doer who loves people, not just processes. Knows HR basics (recruitment, induction, compliance), but wants to go beyond to culture-building. Comfortable being a one-person HR team at first, with freedom to shape things your way.
