Roles and Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Aftermarket Sales Manager specializing in Air Compressors to lead and grow our aftermarket business in Coastal Andhra Pradesh. The role involves managing a team of Sales & Service Engineers, driving customer engagement, and expanding business opportunities with leading clients Manage sales team performance, set goals, and provide coaching to achieve targets. Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, market expansion, and strategic sales planning. Build strong relationships with customers to increase repeat purchases and referrals. Oversee aftermarket sales, service, and spare parts management for industrial equipment. Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Proven experience leading sales/service teams. Strong technical knowledge of Industrial equipment and aftermarket requirements. 5+ years of experience in Industrial aftermarket sales, with 1+ years in a managerial role. Familiarity with clients in manufacturing and process industries. Excellent communication, leadership & organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office & CRM systems 5-10 years of experience in industrial equipment/machinery industry or similar field. B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical or related discipline; MBA preferred. Proven track record of revenue generation, team management, product demonstration, and strategic sales planning.
