We are now looking for an Amazon growth expert to lead and scale our Amazon business to the next level. Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Manager with proven expertise in Amazon account growth, inventory planning for FBA, and Amazon Ads management. The role demands data-driven decision-making and an entrepreneurial mindset to maximize revenue, protect margins, and strengthen our brand leadership in the maternity wear category. Key Responsibilities: Amazon Account Management: End-to-end management of Amazon Seller Central operations. Monitor account health, resolve policy warnings, and ensure 100% compliance. Maintain strong relationships with Amazon category managers. Inventory & FBA Optimization: Plan FBA replenishments to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid storage penalties. Distribute inventory strategically across FCs for faster delivery & higher Buy Box share. Implement demand forecasting models for seasonal & event-driven sales. Advertising & Promotions: Plan, run, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Sponsored Video campaigns. Create high-ROI advertising funnels and test Amazon DSP campaigns where applicable. Plan deals, coupons, and promotional events with strict ROI targets. Listing Optimization & Content Excellence: Conduct continuous keyword research for SEO-optimized titles, bullets, and backend keywords. Upgrade A+ content and Brand Store to highlight MomToBes premium craftsmanship, eco-friendly fabrics, and product differentiation. Implement variant/parent-child listing strategies to maximize conversions. Ensure product images and infographics are updated seasonally and match brand tone. Pricing & Competitor Analysis: Monitor category trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics. Adjust pricing strategically to remain competitive without eroding profitability. Review, Ratings & Return Reduction: Track customer feedback and review trends daily. Implement product improvements based on review analysis to reduce returns. Optimize size charts, descriptions, and imagery to set accurate expectations. New Product Launches: Research trending keywords and market gaps for maternity & nursing wear. Execute structured product launch plans including PPC boosts, Vine (if applicable), and marketplace-friendly influencer collaborations. Performance Tracking: Generate weekly & monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations. Analyze campaign data, inventory health, and sales trends for decision-making. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience managing & scaling Amazon India accounts (global experience is a plus). Deep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, FBA logistics, and Amazon Ads. Proven track record of revenue growth & ROI improvement. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk. Strong copywriting and creative briefing skills for content and visual teams. Ability to work cross-functionally with design, content, operations, and marketing teams. Success Metrics (First 90 Days): Increased organic ranking for top 20 priority keywords. Achieve agreed ROAS and TACoS targets for ad campaigns. Maintain 100% account health compliance.
