Role Overview: You are a Clarity Developer with at least 4 years of relevant experience. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and customize the CLARITY tool according to business requirements. You will also be required to convert business requirements into technical deliveries, design technical solutions, build portlets and reports, write workflows for process automation, and support integrations. Your role will involve working on all functional modules of the CLARITY tool and providing effective functional solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, cost awareness, negotiation, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and customize the CLARITY tool to meet business needs - Convert Business Requirements into Technical Deliveries - Design Technical Solution applying best practices - Build Portlets and Reports for reporting purposes - Write workflows to automate processes - Develop and Support integrations by understanding the architecture operational support functional - Provide effective functional solutions and advise on new UI - Demonstrate excellent Communication and Presentation skills - Ensure cost awareness and effectiveness - Engage in Negotiation and Teamwork - Demonstrate Problem-solving and decision-making skills Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of experience as a Clarity PPM developer or Support profile - Strong PL/SQL development experience - Knowledge of all modules of CLARITY PPM (Resource, Project, Time, Demand, Portfolio, Financial Management, etc.) - Familiarity with CLARITY PPM Integrations with other applications, Web services, data migrations, GEL scripting, XOG, and Processes - Experience with different types of portlets (Hierarchical, Graph, Multidimensional, NSQLs) - Proficiency in developing Jasper soft Reports, O-data Connector, Data mart, Warehouse, and Time slices - Worked on new UI (Admin and configuration) of the latest version - Experience in Performance/Fine-tuning Note: The job description did not include any additional details about the company.
