🚀 We are Hiring: Strategy & Growth Lead + Chief of Staff At Claim 360, we specialize in handholding clients through the complexities of their investment recovery and regularization process. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Strategy & Growth Lead + Chief of Staff to join our core team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our Founder & Managing Director (Sheekher Saran) , and gain first-hand exposure to building and scaling a fast-growing company (we grew 4x in revenue in FY25 over FY24, and are on-track to grow 2.5x in FY26 over FY25). What will you do: Shadow the Founder on a day-to-day basis across strategic and operational areas. Identify and drive new growth avenues – partnerships, products, services, and markets. Build and amplify our digital presence , across channels. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of initiatives and engagements. Track and report key growth metrics , ensuring we stay on course. What we are looking for: Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). Comfort with ambiguity, adaptability, and willingness to get hands dirty.
