Job Description: IT Support Engineer (Fresher) Company Location: Noida Position: IT Support Engineer Experience: Fresher Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of computers, networking, and troubleshooting. This role is perfect for freshers who want to build their career in IT support. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals. Troubleshoot basic desktop and laptop issues. Assist in maintaining LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and basic networking setups. Support in software installation, updates, and antivirus management. Handle ticketing, documentation, and reporting of technical issues. Coordinate with senior IT staff for unresolved technical problems. Ensure smooth functioning of IT equipment and systems on a daily basis. Required Skills Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems. Knowledge of MS Office and common IT tools. Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers). Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to learn quickly and work in a team.
