The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Roles: 1. Site Management: Oversee daily site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, execution, and safety regulations. 2. Project Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project progress. 3. Quality Control: Monitor and control waterproofing, repair and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards. 4. Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, identifying and addressing potential delays or issues. 5. Material Management: Manage materials, equipment, and labour, ensuring efficient use of resources. 6. Safety Management: Ensure site safety, adhering to regulations and company policies, and conducting regular safety inspections and training. 7. Progress Reporting: Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting project status, issues, and potential risks. 8. Communication: Collaborate with project stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and clients, to ensure project progress and resolve issues. 9. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve construction issues, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets. 10. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Skills: 1. Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials. 2. Communication skills: Effective communication with stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and clients. 3. Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve construction issues, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets. 4. Leadership skills: Ability to lead and manage site teams, ensuring compliance with project plans and safety regulations. 5. Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines. Requirements: 1 . Education: Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. 2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in construction site management, Freshers can also apply. 3. Skills: - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Certifications: Relevant certifications are a plus.
