Civil Technician

You will be joining Kavita Pankaj Associates, a well-established firm located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, renowned for offering high-quality architectural consulting services. Your role as a Civil Technician will be a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. As a Civil Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting various civil engineering projects by carrying out design and construction tasks. Your daily responsibilities will include contributing to civil engineering design, creating Bill of Quantities (BOQ), preparing Comparative analysis, supervising general construction activities, utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, and ensuring smooth communication within the project team. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong background in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills, along with hands-on experience in General Construction and related activities. Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software is essential, and excellent communication skills are a must-have. Your ability to work efficiently on-site in Mumbai, along with a keen attention to detail and robust problem-solving capabilities, will be key to your success in this position.
