Civil Site Supervisor

You are a highly experienced and dedicated Civil Site Supervisor (Male) responsible for managing and executing colony development projects efficiently. Your role involves supervising all on-site construction activities, interpreting and executing civil layout drawings, coordinating with contractors and vendors, monitoring work progress, ensuring quality control and compliance with safety regulations, managing site resources, handling day-to-day site operations, conducting regular site inspections, and liaising with clients, engineers, and regulatory bodies for approvals and inspections. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise all on-site construction activities for colony development. - Interpret and execute civil layout drawings, designs, and specifications. - Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors. - Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion as per project deadlines. - Ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations. - Manage site resources, manpower, and materials efficiently. - Handle day-to-day site operations and maintain site documentation. - Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues. - Liaise with clients, engineers, and regulatory bodies for approvals and inspections. Required Skills & Qualifications: - B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering. - 5 years of proven experience in colony layout, plotting, drainage, roads, and infrastructure development. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and civil estimation software is a plus. - Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred: - Prior experience with residential townships or plotted development projects. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites if required.
