We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Legal Executive with strong expertise in real estate documentation, property laws, and revenue laws. The ideal candidate will handle property-related legal work including drafting, vetting, and registration of documents, title verification, and coordination with government and revenue authorities. Qualifications Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in land revenue or real estate legal work. Strong knowledge of land revenue systems, property documentation, and government processes. Good drafting and communication skills. Ability to coordinate with government officials and handle fieldwork. Bachelor's degree or higher in Law. Responsibilities: § Securitisation of land papers Identify defect in mutation entry preparation of index check list and list of events with 100% accuracy With in Define TAT Timeline § Draft, review, and vet real estate documentation such as sale deeds, lease deeds, MoUs, development agreements, power of attorney, and conveyance deeds. § Conduct title due diligence, prepare title search reports, and verify property ownership documents. § Liaise with Sub-Registrar Offices, Municipal Corporations, and Revenue Departments for document registration, mutation, and land record verification. § Ensure compliance with state revenue laws, land acquisition acts, and applicable property & tenancy laws. § Assist in obtaining property clearances, approvals, and NOCs from government authorities. § Maintain and update legal records, agreements, and document repositories. § Coordinate with internal departments, external counsel, and clients for legal matters. § Handle legal notices, replies, and support in litigation related to property and revenue matters. § Keep track of legal and regulatory changes in real estate and land revenue laws. Conduct field visits to identify potential customers for solar power systems. Promote the benefits of solar energy over GEDA electricity, including cost savings, sustainability, and long-term ROI. Generate leads through door-to-door visits, referrals, site visits, and local networking. Explain solar system capacity, pricing, subsidies, payback period, and net metering to customers. Arrange and coordinate site surveys with the technical team. Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations. Follow up with prospective clients and close sales targets as assigned. Coordinate with installation, operations, and documentation teams for smooth execution. Assist customers with subsidy, net-metering, and documentation processes, if applicable. Maintain daily sales activity reports, visit reports, and customer data. Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sale support.
