Civil Site Supervisor

As a Civil Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects at Mdhyamgram and Behela, West Bengal. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and in adherence to project plans, specifications, and building codes. - Implementing and enforcing safety regulations, procedures, and best practices to ensure the safety of all personnel on site. - Supervising and motivating construction workers, subcontractors, and other staff to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks. - Maintaining accurate records of construction progress, including daily reports, safety logs, and progress updates. - Managing and allocating labor, equipment, and materials to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within budget. - Inspecting and monitoring the quality of construction work to ensure it meets project specifications and standards. Qualifications required for this role include a Diploma or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering.
