Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee construction activities on site to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize workflow.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure accurate documentation of site progress, including daily reports, logs, and photographs.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment by enforcing housekeeping procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (site supervision).
Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards for civil works.
Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members.
