Civil Site Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all site civil works such as RCC, finishing, plumbing, and external development.
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily construction activities to meet project timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth site operations.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Check and verify measurements and quantities for billing purposes.
• Maintain quality control and safety standards at the site.
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities, materials received, and work progress.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and planning teams to resolve technical issues.
• Attend site meetings and communicate project status to management.
• Ensure adherence to IS codes, company policies, and statutory regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in group housing and high-rise residential projects within the real estate sector.
• Must have hands-on experience in

  high-rise construction of G+14

  floors or more.
• Candidates with past experience

  at L&T (Larsen & Toubro)/NCC

  will be given preference.
• Experience working with or under Project Management Consultancies (PMCs) will be an added advantage.
• Strong technical knowledge of high-rise construction, including structure, finishing works, and site development.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining adherence to standard construction methodologies.
• Expertise in setting up construction control, project tracking, and reporting systems.
• Familiar with essential testing procedures for raw materials, concrete, and other building materials.
