Civil Site engineer - RCC & Finishing

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure adherence to high rise residential construction plans.
• Ensure formwork, reinforcement, and concreting are carried out as per drawings and specifications.
• Check shuttering, bar bending, and concrete pour processes for compliance and safety.
• Oversee finishing activities including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, false ceiling, joinery, and final fixtures.
• Review architectural and structural drawings; highlight discrepancies if any.
• Monitor progress against schedule and report delays or issues to the Project Manager.
• Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship as per standards.
• Verify quantities and prepare material requisitions.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Attend site meetings and assist in resolving technical and construction issues.
