About the Project:

Factory Construction Project

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using tools such as
Primavera P6
or
MS Project
.
Coordinate with site execution, procurement, and design teams to track project progress.
Prepare and analyze project status reports including
S-curves, progress charts, and delay analysis
.
Assist in
resource planning, budgeting, and forecasting
for materials and manpower.
Identify project risks and propose corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.
Support project management team with progress presentations, client reports, and internal reviews.
Ensure compliance with project timelines, safety norms, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of
construction planning and scheduling principles
.
Proficiency in
Primavera / MS Project / Excel-based planning tools
.
Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
Knowledge of
industrial or factory construction
preferred.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and dynamic conditions.

Eligibility:

B.E. (Civil) –
mandatory
.
Minimum
3 years of experience
in planning and scheduling of civil projects.
Must be available to join within 15 days.
