About the Role:

Compalgo Labs is urgently looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineering Trainer or Industry Expert to conduct practical-based sessions for students.The trainer will provide hands-on learning in:
  • Soil Testing
  • Concrete Strength Testing
  • Building Material Testing
  • Surveying & Structural Basics
  • Practical Site Work Demonstrations

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 🎓

    Qualification

    : B.Tech in Civil Engineering (minimum 5+ years of experience)
  • OR M.Tech / Ph.D. in Civil Engineering
  • 👷‍♂️ Retired professionals with strong practical experience are also welcome
  • 💼

    Salary

    : ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 (for 1 month)
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct engaging practical sessions and workshops.
  • Share real-world knowledge and field insights.
  • Mentor students to develop strong applied civil skills.
