1) BE / Diploma (Civil ) Exp: 01 to 05 year
- Supervise daily site civil works like road, foundation, crane pad, curvature, etc.
- Coordinate with planning and billing teams for project execution.
- Ensure quality control and safety compliance on-site.
- Monitor contractor manpower and machinery utilization.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Communicate with client engineers and project managers.
2) Draftsman / Supervisor (Civil)
Exps: 01 to 05 year
- Prepare and review civil drawings as per site conditions.
- Support site layout, road, and foundation designs.
- Coordinate with site engineers for implementation.
- Maintain drawing records, QC documentation, and as-built drawings.
- Site supervision of minor civil activities and subcontractor coordination.
3) 12th / Any Graduate
Exps: 01 to 05 year
- Assist in daily documentation and material tracking.
- Support civil engineers and supervisors in administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with stores, transport, and manpower deployment.
- Help in safety & attendance documentation.
- Assist in handling labor and local coordination.
4) Land Executive / Laisoning Officer
Exps: 01 to 05 year
- Liaison with local farmers, village heads, and government officials.
- Handle ROW (Right of Way) issues and land access.
- Coordinate for land documentation, permissions & resolutions.
- Build good relations with local stakeholders to avoid project delays.
- Maintain legal and communication records.
- Experience in wind/solar/infra construction sites.
- Strong communication & team coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in remote project locations.
- Basic knowledge of safety and quality standards.
