We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate will support ongoing construction projects by assisting in planning, site supervision, quality control, and documentation. This is a great opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain hands-on experience and grow within a dynamic engineering team. Key Responsibilities: Assist senior engineers and project managers with site execution. Monitor and report project progress, delays, and technical issues. Prepare and maintain site reports, construction schedules, and quality records. Conduct surveys, take measurements, and assist with layout work. Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are maintained on-site. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Support quantity estimation and billing tasks as required. Attend project and site meetings, documenting discussions and action points. Required Skills: Basic understanding of civil engineering concepts, materials, and construction methods. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (especially Excel and Word). Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Attributes: Internship or academic project experience in civil construction. Knowledge of project management software/tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is a plus. Positive attitude, willingness to work on-site and travel if needed.
