Job description Roles and Responsibilities Prior Experience in Structure & Execution of residential project Control & co-ordinate with the contractor, vendors and site workers. civil engineers with minimum 5-8 years of experience in civil construction and quality control managing , site Execution, STP, External development, Structure, Pilling, Shuttering, slab. Preparing BBS, Material reconcilation, MIS, Sub Contractor Billing. Should be able to plan manpower and material and execution of project , monitoring and completion of project within given time and to hold an engineering mindset. Perform or oversee testing to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations. Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specification. Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards Monitor cash flow projections, budgeted expenditure, actual cash flow and variance and report to senior management on a regular basis (monthly/bimonthly) with respect to accounting policies and procedure. Responsible for managing and ensuring coordination within support services to deliver on quality standards.
