Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare BOQs, MOMs, and estimate quantities for civil works.

Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Total Station, Auto Level, and Quality Control.

Preparation of Clint Bill, Preparation & Verification of Vendor Bill.

Preparation of vendor agreement.

Coordinate with various government offices for project relevant required document.

Develop project schedules and monitor progress against them.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
Conduct site visits to inspect construction activities and identify potential issues.
Create detailed project documentation including reports on status updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-5 years of experience in civil engineering or related field.
Diploma/B.Tech / B.E./M.Tech (Civil) degree from a recognized institution.
Strong understanding of project execution, planning, estimation, management, scheduling, documentation, rate analysis, Correspondence, vendor finalization.
