BIM Modeler:

• Responsibilities:

• Creating and maintaining 3D BIM RCC models for (building structure only) using software like Revit.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Ensuring model accuracy and adherence to design intent.
• Identifying and resolving clashes or conflicts within the model.
• Generating construction documents and drawings from the model.
• Implementing and maintaining BIM standards.
• Providing support and training on BIM software and workflows.
• Developing and implementing BIM Execution Plan (BEP) for Structure (RCC).
• Managing model coordination and clash detection for RCC BIM Model across disciplines such as architecture and MEP.

• Skills:

• Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD).
• Understanding of BIM standards and protocols.
• Strong 3D modeling skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively.
• Knowledge of clash detection and resolution.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes and workflows.
