Key Responsibilities: Lead the civil and structural design for infrastructure and industrial projects including RCC and steel structures. Guide and review work of engineers and drafters including on site team Evaluate soil reports, site topography, and geotechnical data to finalize foundation types and earthworks. Work with software such as STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, and MS Project for design and documentation. Interface with clients, vendors, and contractors to discuss project needs and resolve technical issues. Support tendering, estimation, and proposal teams with technical inputs and BOQs. Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations. Prepare and present design reports, risk assessments, and design justifications to internal teams or authorities.
