Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil CAD Trainer/Faculty based in Bengaluru. In this position, the trainer will design and deliver high-quality training programs in CAD software for civil engineering applications. Responsibilities include developing course material, engaging with learners through interactive instruction, providing hands-on guidance, and ensuring students acquire both theoretical knowledge and practical skills essential for their professional development. The trainer will also support students with their doubts and provide real-world examples to enhance understanding.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Computer Science and Programming related to CAD software
• Strong Communication and Teaching skills to effectively deliver content and interact with students
• Experience in Curriculum Development and structuring training modules
• Ability to mentor and guide students towards industry-ready skills
• Proficiency in civil engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, or related tools
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in teaching or training roles is an advantage
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for education
