Roles and Responsibilities Manage commercial projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Oversee site engineering activities, including HVAC engineering, civil engineering, and shopping complex operations. Coordinate with various stakeholders such as architects, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors to negotiate favorable terms for the company's commercial interests. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all phases of construction.
