Roles and Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with potential clients. Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales growth and client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for successful account management. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for new business acquisition, revenue growth, and portfolio expansion. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or similar field. Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport at all levels within an organisation. Proven track record of success in client acquisition, retention, and portfolio management. Ability to work effectively during night shifts (US shift). Basic Maths knowledge - Numbers, Calculations, Percentage and Basic Excel.
