CityArt Home Studio is hiring an Inside Sales Executive to manage customer interactions, maintain product displays, and follow up on leads. The role includes welcoming customers to the studio, understanding their requirements, offering product suggestions, and providing complete assistance throughout the buying process. You will also be responsible for keeping the display area well-organized, updating product arrangements, and ensuring that the studio always looks presentable for customers. This position requires regular follow-ups with potential clients, responding to inquiries, and converting leads into sales. Good communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and basic computer knowledge are important. Prior experience in inside sales is an advantage, but we are also hiring freshers who are willing to learn and grow with us.
