Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Manager based out of the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Purchase Manager will be responsible for managing the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the purchasing of materials and equipment. Day-to-day tasks will include maintaining records of purchases, ensuring inventory levels are adequate, and collaborating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials necessary for construction projects. Qualifications Experience in procurement and sourcing Skills in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management Strong organizational and record-keeping skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in relevant purchasing software Knowledge of construction materials and equipment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field Experience in the construction industry is a plus
