Job Description

Description:

Working Experience on Citrix virtual apps and desktops (CVAD 1912 and later). Should be familiar with Citrix Cloud and On-prem environments.

Citrix infra servers management including Storefront, license servers etc.

Good working experience on PVS and MCS Mandatory.

Clear understanding of Citrix Profile management and work flow.

Creating Delivery groups and machines catalogues as per the requirement.

Creating, decommissioning, and upgrading the VDI resources as per the requirement.

Experience on NetScaler firmware upgrade and SSL certificate renewal tasks.

Should have experience on Citrix products version upgrades. Working knowledge and usage of VMWare and Azure consoles.

Basic knowledge on Windows Server/Desktop OS. Good troubleshooting skills to solve the user incidents.

Good Communication skills to interact with the users during troubleshooting calls.
