We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our Enterprise Resiliency Dashboard (ERD) team. This role is critical to ensuring the platform's operational resilience, high availability, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure automation, observability, and compliance for a mission-critical enterprise platform. ???? Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain observability tools for logging, alerting, and monitoring. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible. Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab Ensure platform reliability and performance through proactive monitoring and incident response. Support compliance remediation and secure cloud configurations. Participate in a global 24/7 support model, including on-call rotations. Develop self-healing workflows and automate known issue remediation. ???? Required Skills & Experience 8+ years in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or systems engineering. Strong experience with AWS, Tomcat and Spring boot. Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab CI. Solid Linux administration and scripting skills (e.g., Python). Experience with Java and Angular Experience with observability and performance monitoring tools. Familiarity with disaster recovery and compliance frameworks. ???? Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven track record managing production-grade systems and automation pipelines. ???? 6+ years of experience in the technology industry, preferably related to application development, infrastructure / architecture and / or research Experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred Experience as a Business Analyst /Systems Analyst, SCRUM Master, Product Manager, ideally, someone who has moved through the development lifecycle in experience across multiple trends in technology Strong and effective communication skills required written, verbal and presentation; ability to communicate technical topics to a non-technical audience Strong stakeholder management and partnering skills Delivery-focused, result-oriented leadership style Experience managing vendors to procure staffing, licenses, tools, and other consulting services Experience managing budgets Highly preferred Specialized Skills Experience in or in-depth knowledge of Fintech technologies (e.g. Various Application Development Languages, Infrastructure / Architecture environments, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics) is a strong plus Cloud technologies (AWS preferably) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
