Hiring: Citizen Service Executive

Company: DCG Data-core Systems (India) Pvt. Ltd. (CMMI Level 3)

Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata (Work from Office)

Employment Type: Contractual (1 year)

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and assist customers
• Transfer calls to relevant departments
• Maintain professional and helpful tone
• Ensure customer satisfaction

Eligibility:

• Graduation mandatory (any stream honours)
• Technical or management backgrounds welcome
• Fluent in Bengali & Hindi; English is a plus
• Must work in all shifts (no option to choose shifts)
• Entire timetable will be finalized by your manager
• Shift timings may change in case of emergency

Shifts:

Morning: 6:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Evening: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Night: 9:00 PM – 6:30 AM

* Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits:

* ₹1.5 – ₹2 LPA (based on interview)

* PF & ESI benefits

* Travel & meal allowance

* 6-day week with 1 rotational weekly off

* Training provided
