The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance sales or financial services, with a strong drive to build relationships, meet targets, and grow within the organization. Key Responsibilities 1. Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to acquire and retain clients. 2. Identify business opportunities in sectors such as IT, Manufacturing, FMCG, Auto, and others. 3. Build and maintain relationships with mid-level management and decision-makers. 4. Coordinate with internal teams like underwriting, claims, and operations to deliver client satisfaction. 5. Support the senior sales team in presentations, proposals, and negotiations. 6. Keep updated with market trends, insurance products, and competitors. Requirements 1. 2-3 years of experience in insurance sales, broking, or financial services. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Basic understanding of insurance products and risk management. 4. Willingness to travel within the Mumbai region for client meetings. 5.
