Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Role Overview: As a CCNA certified fresher, your role will involve applying CCNA fundamentals and concepts, understanding OSI Model, IP addressing, and Subnetting. You will be responsible for monitoring and logging customer tickets, performing basic troubleshooting of Zscaler and firewall alerts, and escalating issues to L2/L3 based on SOPs. Regular documentation and updating of ticket status will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and log customer tickets (incidents/requests) - Perform basic troubleshooting of Zscaler and firewall alerts - Escalate issues to L2/L3 based on SOPs - Regularly document and update ticket status Qualifications Required: - CCNA certification - Understanding of OSI Model, IP addressing, Subnetting - Familiarity with Firewall rules, NAT, VPN basics - Desirable/Preferred: Awareness of Zscaler architecture (ZIA/ZPA basic concepts preferred) *Please Note: Shifts are rotational including night/weekend shifts.
