Role Overview We’re looking for 2 sharp Business Development Interns to work on-site at our Mira Road office , closely with the founding and growth team. This is a hands-on role , not desk sales. You will: Talk to real traders Help users become active Solve onboarding & usage issues Drive demos with SEBI-registered Research Analysts Convert cold users into platform users If you enjoy conversations, understand trading basics, and like solving real problems - this role is for you. Key Responsibilities 1. User Activation & Conversion (Inbound + Outbound) Reach out to newly signed-up users via calls, WhatsApp, and email Help users: Add brokers Connect TradingView Understand key Cirrus features Convert sign-ups into active users Proactively solve onboarding and usage issues 2. Research Analyst (RA) Outreach & Demo Coordination Identify and reach out to SEBI-registered Research Analysts Explain Cirrus’ RA Marketplace and infra capabilities Qualify interest and schedule demos with the Cirrus team Maintain clean communication and compliance-aware messaging 3. Outbound User Growth Cold outreach to traders and active market participants Educate users on Cirrus’ value (multi-broker execution, infra, compliance-first setup) Drive sign-ups and first-time activation 4. Feedback & Ground Intelligence Collect real user feedback from calls Flag friction points, objections, and common confusion Work closely with product and growth teams to improve conversion flows Who Should Apply (Important) This role is in the trading & capital markets space , so we are very selective . You should have: Basic understanding of: Stock markets, options, futures, or trading platforms Terms like brokers, orders, P&L, execution, TradingView (basic familiarity) Strong spoken communication skills (English + Hindi required) Comfort talking to traders, analysts, and professionals Problem-solving mindset (not script-reading sales) Willingness to work on-site in Mira Road Educational background preferred: B.Com / BBA / BMS / Economics / Finance CA Inter / CFA Level 1 aspirants (a plus) MBA students with interest in fintech or capital markets What This Role Is NOT Not tele-calling Not random lead pushing Not a “read from script” sales job This is consultative , problem-solving , and market-facing work.
