Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and experienced Legal Executive to join our in-house team at our Mumbai headquarters. This full-time, on-site role requires expertise in property law, criminal law, and litigation, with hands-on experience handling legal recovery, coordination with police and legal entities, and strategic case management. Key Responsibilities Draft and review legal agreements, notices, and contracts Provide legal guidance across business functions Manage property-related legal matters and conveyancing Handle coordination with police, courts, and legal authorities Support and represent the company in litigation and dispute resolution Develop legal strategies to ensure favorable outcomes in complex scenarios Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); must be a practicing lawyer 1-3 years of experience in legal practice (in-house or law firm) Strong command of property and criminal law Prior experience working with recovery agents, courts, and police authorities Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills Analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused Experience in the rental or consumer goods industry is a plus If you’re passionate about law, strategy, and sustainability, and thrive in a startup environment, we’d love to hear from you.
