Job : BDR Trainee Location - Swargate, Pune As a BDR Trainee , you will qualify potential customers through email campaigns, cold calling, and social media, particularly LinkedIn. Involved in end-to-end sales from discovery calls to closures. Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities by proactively prospecting and qualifying leads. Interact confidently with CTOs, VPs of Sales, Head HR, and CHROs. Present and pitch product information, demonstrations, and presentations to prospects to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings. Build and maintain relationships with customers through trust and credibility. Strong follow up skill, client relationship building and rapport building Meet the monthly KPI of Discussion calls and product demonstrations. Engage and convert leads using strong outbound sales skills. Innovate in lead generation strategies and explore new channels. Utilize technology and new software platforms effectively. Collaborate with the team to develop and execute sales strategies. Lead and pipeline management for the better tracking Requirements/Qualifications: 6 month to 01 years’ experience in B2B, preferably SaaS sales. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Excellent sales acumen and networking abilities. Mandatory: Proficiency in English communication.
