Role Overview: You will be joining Circle of Fifths Music Academy (COFMA) as a Music Teacher in Bengaluru. Your role will involve instructing students in various instruments such as guitar, saxophone, ukulele, drums, violin, and piano. You should have proficiency in at least two instruments, with a strong foundation in Music Theory and Music Performance. Your daily tasks will include creating lesson plans, providing individualized feedback, preparing students for performances, and fostering a love for music in every student. Your contribution to academy events and maintaining an encouraging learning environment will be essential. Key Responsibilities: - Instruct students in guitar, saxophone, ukulele, drums, violin, and piano - Create engaging lesson plans with a focus on music theory - Provide individualized feedback and prepare students for performances - Foster a love for music in students of all levels - Participate in academy events and contribute to a positive learning environment Qualifications: - Proficiency in at least two of the following instruments: Guitar, Saxophone, Ukulele, Drums, Violin, Piano - Strong skills in Music Theory and Music Performance - Experience in Music Education and teaching various age groups - Passion for Music and inspiring students - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans - A degree in Music or related field is preferred - Previous teaching experience in a similar role is an advantage,
