About Circa: Circa is Bhubaneswar’s fastest-growing social meetup startup, using AI-based compatibility scoring to help people meet others who match their vibe across cafés, movies, and city hangouts. We’re now building our first outreach team, and this role is a core part of shaping how Circa grows in the city.
