Role: Video Editor (Full-Time, Remote) We’re looking for a detail-oriented, autonomous, and responsible Video Editor who can think beyond cuts and transitions. Someone who takes ownership of every project, knows how to tell a story visually, and doesn’t need to be micromanaged to produce top-tier work. You should be able to take raw footage, understand the goal, and turn it into something that looks and feels professional — without waiting for constant direction. What You’ll Be Doing: Edit videos from concept to final export with clean structure and storytelling flow Add motion graphics and text animations that feel purposeful and polished Sync audio, manage project assets, and deliver final outputs efficiently Keep timelines organized — no messy projects or missing files Work with the creative team to match tone, pacing, and intent across all content What You Should Know: Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects Strong understanding of visual storytelling, rhythm, and pacing Ability to create engaging motion graphics that enhance content Excellent attention to detail — nothing escapes your eye Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects independently A solid portfolio that shows skill, range, and taste Who You Are: You’re independent, not isolated.
