Position: Cinematographer (Experienced)
Location: Mohali, Sector 73
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Weekends: Saturday & Sunday off

Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Cinematographer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong portfolio of visually compelling work and a deep understanding of cinematic techniques, camera operation, and lighting. In this role, you’ll take the creative lead on visual direction, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape the visual narrative for a wide range of digital projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the visual execution of video content from pre-production through post-production.
• Operate and manage high-end cinema cameras, lenses, and related gear.
• Conceptualize and execute shot compositions, lighting setups, and camera movements that align with creative goals.
• Collaborate with content strategists, directors, and editors to bring stories to life.
• Provide input on set design, mood, and tone to achieve visual consistency across projects.
• Ensure all cinematography equipment is properly maintained and optimized for shoots.
• Stay ahead of trends in cinematography, gear, and visual aesthetics.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a strong creative culture.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional experience as a Cinematographer or Director of Photography.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of visual styles and technical proficiency.
• Expert-level understanding of camera systems (DSLRs, mirrorless, cinema-grade gear).
• Proficient in lighting techniques for different environments and storytelling tones.
• Familiarity with post-production workflows and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
• Excellent storytelling instincts, attention to detail, and visual intuition.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
