Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Cinema 4D Animator / 3D Generalist Lead to take charge of the 3D pipeline across various projects, including animation, motion graphics, and visual effects. As the lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end 3D production process, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality, visually compelling results that align with project goals and client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the 3D design team in producing high-end visuals, animations, and effects. Work across all stages of the 3D pipeline: modeling, texturing, rigging, lighting, animating, rendering, and compositing. Collaborate with creative directors, project managers, and clients to understand project scope and deliverables. Supervise asset development and ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in all outputs. Review, critique, and provide feedback on the teams work to maintain high visual standards. Solve creative and technical challenges throughout the production process. Research and implement new tools, plug-ins, and workflows to optimize performance and results. Maintain documentation and guidelines for 3D standards and best practices. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience (3+ years) in a senior or lead 3D generalist role. Proficiency in industry-standard 3D and VFX software ( Cinema 4D , After Effects, Redshift/Octane). Strong understanding of 3D principles: modeling, UV mapping, materials, lighting, and animation. Good sense of timing, composition, and storytelling. Experience with real-time engines (e.g., Unreal Engine) is a plus. Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a creative team. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in AR/VR or interactive media. Background in motion graphics or visual storytelling.
