Address customer concerns, queries, and complaints with a customer-first attitude. Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction. Assist in processing orders and ensuring accuracy in order details. Coordinate with logistics, inventory, and production teams to confirm stock and delivery timelines. Track sales inquiries and follow up with potential leads for closure. Here’s what you’ll need to be successful Strong written and verbal communication in English.
