Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Microfinance Loans) Job Type: Full-Time; Post-Training Placement The Opportunity: Learn, Earn, and Grow We believe in nurturing talent. This is a unique opportunity for candidates who are eager to start a career in sales but may lack direct experience. You will undergo a comprehensive, 19-day intensive training program in MicroFinance or Gold Loan, designed to equip you with all the skills necessary to succeed as a Field Sales Executive in the microfinance sector or Gold Loan Sector. Upon successful completion of the training and assessment, you will be formally placed as a Field Sales Executive with a competitive salary and performance-based incentives. Key Details of the Program:Phase 1: Intensive Training (19 Days) Curriculum covers: Product Knowledge (Microfinance Loans), Sales Techniques, Customer Onboarding Processes, Regulatory & Compliance Guidelines, Field Work Ethics, and Soft Skills Development. Phase 2: Assessment & Evaluation Your performance and understanding will be continuously assessed throughout the training. A final assessment at the end of the 19-day period will evaluate your readiness for the field role. Phase 3: Job Placement Candidates who successfully complete the training and pass the assessment will be offered a permanent position as a Field Sales Executive. Who We Are Looking For (Eligibility Criteria): Minimum educational qualification: Graduate Age between 21 to 40 yrs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Tamil & English A strong desire to build a career in field sales and a passion for working with people. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and not afraid of hard work. Basic knowledge of using a smartphone for data entry and reporting. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned locality.
