We are looking for detail-oriented and enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our data team. As a Data Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of data inputs and outputs in our AI-powered system. You will work closely with AI developers, product managers, and QA leads to ensure high-quality deliverables. Key Responsibilities 1. RFI Question Extraction & Verification Identify and extract questions from customer-submitted RFI documents (PDFs, Word, Excel, etc.) Categorize and structure questions accurately under the guidance of domain experts Ensure completeness and clarity of extracted data 2. Digitized Document Format Review Review digitized versions of documents for formatting errors, misinterpretations, and incomplete data capture Make corrections and annotate issues to improve data quality for the AI training process Assist in maintaining metadata such as document type, language, and structure 3. AI Answer Review Evaluate answers generated by the AI model based on accuracy, relevance, and clarity Highlight incorrect, ambiguous, or missing responses and suggest better alternatives Tag responses as Verified / Needs Review / Incorrect based on defined quality standards 4.
