Job Title: Senior Architect – Residential Projects Location: Bangalore Experience: Minimum 4 years Industry: Residential Construction & Design Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Architect with strong experience in residential design and on-site coordination. The ideal candidate should be able to manage end-to-end architectural design, handle client interactions, and oversee execution at project sites to ensure design accuracy and quality. Key Responsibilities: Lead architectural design for residential buildings, villas, and premium homes. Develop conceptual designs, detailed drawings, 2D/3D plans, working drawings, and BOQs. Collaborate with structural, MEP, and construction teams to ensure design feasibility. Conduct regular site visits to verify design implementation and resolve onsite issues. Attend client meetings, understand requirements, and deliver customized design solutions. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants as needed. Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and company standards. Review and approve architectural plans before execution. Provide technical guidance to junior architects and interns. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch). Minimum 4 years of experience in residential architectural design. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion/Enscape, and other design tools. Good understanding of site execution, materials, layouts, and construction techniques. Ability to visit project sites regularly (within and around Bangalore). Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Preferred Skills: Experience in villa projects, premium homes, or luxury residential design. Knowledge of sustainable design and Vastu principles (optional but beneficial). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
