Job Title: Marketing Executive Department: Marketing & Admissions Reports To: Marketing Manager / Institute Director Location: Mumbai, India About CHO Bee Labs: CHO Bee Labs is a premier baking and culinary institute in Mumbai, dedicated to providing high-quality, hands-on training in pastry, bakery, and culinary arts. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive student enrollment, and promote CHO Bee Labs' courses and services. This role involves a mix of digital and traditional marketing activities, content creation, and engagement with prospective students. Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy Implementation: Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns to achieve enrollment targets and brand objectives. Implement online and offline marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, events, and partnerships. Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize the institute's social media presence across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube). Create engaging and relevant content (text, images, videos) for social media and other digital channels. Assist with email marketing campaigns, including content creation and list management. Basic understanding of SEO and SEM principles is a plus. Content Creation: Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, website content, and social media posts. Coordinate with the culinary team to capture high-quality photos and videos of classes and student work. Lead Generation and Management: Support lead generation efforts through online and offline activities. Follow up on inquiries from prospective students. Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct basic market research to understand competitor activities and identify trends in culinary education. Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide reports. Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of open houses, workshops, and other promotional events. Brand Management: Ensure all marketing communications are consistent with the CHO Bee Labs brand identity. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the education or hospitality sector. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creativity and an eye for visual content. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
