With a strong focus on quality, trust, and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our sales team to strengthen our market presence. Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager to lead and execute sales activities for our residential and plotted projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving successful property sales from inquiry to closure. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell Chitturi’s Infra apartments and plots in Kakinada and Tuni. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets. Identify and engage new customers through various channels (online, events, referrals, site visits). Manage end-to-end sales processes — from lead generation to booking and documentation. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners. Provide regular market insights and feedback to management. Coordinate with the marketing and project teams to ensure smooth customer experience. Represent the company professionally at promotional events and exhibitions. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred. 1–8 years of experience in real estate sales (apartments/plots). Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong local market knowledge (Kakinada, Tuni, and surrounding areas). Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented. Compensation: Attractive salary package with performance-based incentives.
