Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator based in Pune. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing and coordinating day-to-day sales operations. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, managing sales orders, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring effective communication between teams. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records and assisting in streamlining sales processes to improve efficiency. Qualifications Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to manage day-to-day sales tasks and maintain records effectively. Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships and handle customer inquiries with efficiency. Strong Communication skills to facilitate clear and effective interactions with team members and clients. Experience in Sales and a solid understanding of sales principles. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt quickly to dynamic business needs. Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools is an added advantage.
